Terms & Conditions
 

  • This Appointment Slot Booking is on "First Come, First Serve" basis.

​

  • Customer need to pay RM 25 for Appointment Slot Booking. RTi Services shall be in touch with the Customer for the details and booking confirmation after receiving online Request to Book.
     

  • ​Request to​ Book will only be approved once the deposit has been received by RTi Services. Appointment Slot Booking Confirmation Slip will be send to Customer via WhatsApp within 24 hours after the deposit has been received.

  • If your booking is rejected or cancelled by RTi Services and a payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund of the total booking value, however if the cancellation is made by the Customer, summary of refund policy is as shown below;


       24 - 48 Hours Before - 100% refund of the total booking value
       Less Than 24 Hours Before - 50% refund of 
the total booking value
       Less Than 12 Hours Before - No refund of the total booking value
